To create an emotionally safe and positive environment for women and their daughters to explore personal health and fitness goals in Hull and other communities on the South Shore in Massachusetts.

Mission Statement

Queen Bee Fitness is a neighborhood based wellness environment for women. We provide health and fitness training for women of all ages and their daughters. Queen Bee Fitness believes health and fitness should be accessible to all women – being healthy and fit should be a pleasant experience and financially not a burden. Queen Bee Fitness will further provide opportunities for its clients to explore women’s health and fitness topics through women run focus groups and expert lecturers. Our first goal is to make a healthy and fit life style accessible to all women no matter what their personal circumstances. Our second goal is to bring women together in community with one another through communication and education. Finally, our last goal is to help facilitate stronger communities by encouraging its women to be strong both physically and emotionally.
